Safety Guidelines

Before the first care

• Always do a Meet & Greet before the first booking.
• Consider a short trial (a walk or home visit) first.
• Meet somewhere you feel comfortable.

Discuss care needs clearly

• Go through the Pet Care Passport together: routines, feeding, medication, triggers and fears.
• Agree on price, dates and times in writing in the chat.

Check the home environment

• Look at where the pet will stay: other animals, children, garden, stairs, escape risks.

Share emergency information

• Vet name and phone number, an emergency contact, and any allergies or medication.

Trust your instincts

Don't go ahead if either of you feels uncomfortable. It's always fine to say no.

Report and block

Use Report user or Report message if something feels wrong, and Block user to stop contact. The other person is not notified.
