How it works for pet carers
1. Sign up as a pet carer
Create a free account with Google or email and choose “Pet carer”.
2. Create your profile
Describe your experience, your home, any pets of your own and which services you offer.
3. Set your availability
Pick the weekdays you're usually free and adjust specific dates in the calendar whenever plans change.
4. Receive requests
Pet parents can send you care requests or Meet & Greet invitations. You decide whether to accept.
5. Talk to pet parents
Chat in the app, ask about routines and meet before agreeing on anything.
6. Agree on pricing
Set a price per service in SEK or choose “Price on request”. Payment is arranged directly between you.
What to expect
PetSitto is a new, growing community in Sweden. How many requests you receive depends on how many pet parents use PetSitto near you, so we can't promise jobs or earnings.
Matching is based on facts: a pet's size, energy and needs are compared with your experience, home and household pets. Pet parents see why you fit – and any concerns.
Pet parents' privacy is protected: you see their first name and approximate area, never an exact address. Emergency details are shared only once a booking is confirmed.

How much can I charge?
You decide. Set a price per service in SEK or choose “Price on request” and agree directly with the pet parent.
Do I need any qualifications?
No formal qualifications are required. Describe your real experience honestly – pet parents use it to decide whether you fit their pet.
Am I guaranteed requests?
No. Requests depend on pet parents near you and how well your profile fits their pets. A complete profile and up-to-date availability help.
Can I look after cats and other pets, not just dogs?
Yes. In your profile you choose which kinds of pets and sizes you're comfortable caring for.
Can I be both a pet parent and a pet carer?
Yes. You can switch between the two sides in Settings at any time.
